Our History
Kids Can Do is owned and managed by four practicing pediatric therapists who all worked under the founder and original owner for many years. We look forward to continuing to serve our patient families and helping children learn, succeed and enjoy.

1988
In 1988 Kids Can Do Children’s Therapy Center was founded by Paula Hinds, a pediatric occupational therapist who saw a need for children’s therapy services in her community. The original center was located in Homewood, IL, and offered pediatric speech, occupational and physical therapy.
2001
In 2001 Kids Can Do relocated to Mokena, IL. Our current center in Mokena was custom designed to accommodate various therapy treatments and purposeful play spaces.
2023
In 2023 Kids Can Do celebrated our 35th anniversary as a children’s therapy clinic.
