Children's Therapy Services

Children’s therapy services help children grow to their full potential. Depending on the child's individual needs, therapy may either focus on improving a specific group of skills and abilities or improving multiple groups of skills and abilities. 

SPEECH THERAPY

Speech therapy is a service provided by a speech-language pathologist that helps improve a person’s verbal and nonverbal communication skills, as well as feeding skills. 

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

Occupational Therapy is a service that helps people achieve independence in their daily life activities or “occupations."

PHYSICAL THERAPY

Physical therapy is a service that focuses on improving movement, functional mobility and relieving pain, promoting independence and increasing participation. 

SENSORY INTEGRATION

Sensory integration therapy helps improve how input from the body’s senses is organized, processed, and managed.  

FEEDING THERAPY

Feeding therapy helps develop the oral motor skills used in breast and bottle feeding and improves food acceptance.

OROFACIAL MYOFUNCTIONAL

Orofacial myofunctional therapy helps improve the alignment, posture, movement, and tension of the lips, tongue, teeth, and jaws.

Understanding and treating the whole child.

Kids Can Do therapists are certified and trained in specific therapies and consult and collaborate collectively. This cross-disciplinary approach leads to faster progress and long-term success.
