Meet the Owners
Erica graduated from Augustana College with a Bachelor’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders, and a Master’s from Western Michigan University in Speech-Language Pathology. In addition to her experience in private practice, Erica has worked in the school and home-based early intervention settings. She has had a long, blessed journey at KCD that began in 1999.
Marijo received her Occupational Therapy degree from Western Michigan University in 1994. Marijo has always felt called to work with children and fell in love with working with children with sensory processing disorders and motor limitations while completing a fieldwork rotation at Kids Can Do as a part of her degree.
Marcy graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine. She worked as an athletic trainer before deciding to pursue a career in physical therapy. She graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Central Michigan University. Marcy loves the variety of working with children of all ages, from small infants to young adults.
Angie graduated from Western Illinois University with her Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She has a passion for pediatrics and has worked in a variety of settings, including schools, outpatient rehab, and home-based early intervention. Her play-based approach and commitment to fun is a strength in treating a wide variety of speech and language disorders.
